Organizational Structure for PMP
Most of the organizations are structured into any of the following five structures: Projectized, Functional, Strong Matrix, Balanced Matrix & Weak Matrix.
In some of the organizations, a composite / mix structure is followed. Below presentation will give you a fair understanding about these various structures from PMP exam perspective.
